META PIXEL & CAPI

Meta Pixel & Conversions API for consistent ads performance

When Meta Ads stop making sense, tracking is usually the root cause. I set up Pixel and CAPI together, deduplicated and accurate, so campaigns optimize on signals they can trust.

  • Built for real ad accounts
  • No inflated conversions
  • Clean event logic

What happens when Meta can’t see your conversions

Every row below is a real scenario. The left side is where most setups sit today. The right is what CAPI fixes.

30-day money-back guarantee

Before

Meta reports 72 purchases. Shopify shows 45. Your media buyer pauses the campaign that was actually your best performer.

After CAPI

Deduplicated events match within 5%. Spend reallocated to the campaigns that actually convert. ROAS visible and verifiable.

Before

iOS users trigger no purchase event at all. Your Advantage+ audience shrinks by a third and CPAs climb without explanation.

After CAPI

Server-side events fire regardless of browser. Full signal restored, audience modelling recovers, CPA drops back to baseline.

Before

Event Match Quality sits at 4.2/10. Meta can't match conversions to ad clicks. Optimisation stalls and reach narrows.

After CAPI

Hashed email, phone, and address push EMQ above 8.5. Meta matches 90%+ of conversions. Campaigns get the signal they need.

Before

Pixel fires on page load — every product view, add-to-cart, and purchase is a race condition with consent and page render timing.

After CAPI

Server-side events fire on confirmed actions only. No race conditions, no duplicates, no consent-blocked drops.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What's the difference between the Pixel and the Conversions API?

The Pixel tracks events from the browser; CAPI sends events directly from your server. Running both together means the data Meta optimizes on is more complete and reliable.

Why does Meta Ads report more conversions than actually happen?

Usually a deduplication problem between Pixel and CAPI. I configure clear deduplication logic so a single purchase is counted once, not twice.

Do I need CAPI if I already have the Pixel installed?

Increasingly, yes. Browser-only tracking loses events to blockers and privacy changes; CAPI delivers events server-side so signals still reach Meta.

How much does setup cost?

Fixed scope, fixed price, no retainers. For a single small issue there's a $249 quick fix; for a full setup, share your current tracking and I'll come back with a clear next step.
