The person behind the tracking
Analytics developer, ex-agency, now independent. Here’s the longer version of what I do and why.
I'm Mahmudul — an analytics developer who spent years watching businesses make real decisions on broken data. Ad spend judged against numbers that were wrong. Funnels that "stopped converting" because a tag broke, not because anything changed. Eventually I got tired of pointing it out, and started being the person who fixes it.
Today I work independently with founders, marketing teams, and a few agencies who need someone to own the analytics layer: GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tagging, and the conversion tracking that ad platforms actually rely on.
I care less about vanity dashboards and more about whether the number on your screen is one you can actually act on.
Where I’ve worked on this
Independent analytics developer
Working directly with ecommerce, SaaS and lead-gen businesses on GA4, GTM and server-side tracking projects, plus white-label support for a few agency partners.
Senior analytics consultant, digital agency
Led the UA → GA4 migration practice for 40+ client accounts, built the agency’s internal tracking QA process.
Marketing analyst
Started in-house, owning reporting and conversion tracking for paid media before moving fully into implementation.
